This two-bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor of the hotel, offering a comfortable and luxurious accommodation option. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities and appliances. In addition, this apartment features a rooftop exit, offering guests the opportunity to soak up stunning views of Jurmala.
For the convenience of our guests, there are two bathrooms – one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The bedrooms are furnished with two double beds. An extra baby cot is available on request.

PRICES
Hotel accommodation 1 day+
The price includes bed linen, towels, bathrobes, hotel cosmetics. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are free of charge according to hotel standards. Free parking for 1 car (reservation is needed).
28 days+ rent
The price includes renting an apartment with cleaning (once a week with change of bed linen and towels), hotel service and a parking space for 1 car. Utility payments are included in the rent or paid separately (specified by request).
1 year+ rent
When concluding a rental agreement for 1 year or more. The price does not include utility and property management payments and cleaning service. Free parking for 1 car.
