An Australian-American film “Crocodile Dundee” was released in 1986, and instantly became a worldwide hit. It is an exciting film about a crocodile hunter from Australia and his adventures. By the way, the prototype of the main character is none other than our compatriot Arvids Blumentals.
Arvids was born in the Latvian city of Dundaga, and later moved to Australia. There he was hunting crocodiles and became a real legend.

This two-bedroom apartment with a balcony is situated on the second floor of the hotel, offering a comfortable and exciting accommodation option. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities and appliances.
For the convenience of our guests, there are two bathrooms – one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The bedrooms are furnished with two double beds. An extra baby cot is available on request.

Hotel accommodation 1 day+
The price includes bed linen, towels, bathrobes, hotel cosmetics. Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are free of charge according to hotel standards. Free parking for 1 car (reservation is needed).
28 days+ rent
The price includes renting an apartment with cleaning (once a week with change of bed linen and towels), hotel service and a parking space for 1 car. Utility payments are included in the rent or paid separately (specified by request).
1 year+ rent
When concluding a rental agreement for 1 year or more. The price does not include utility and property management payments and cleaning service. Free parking for 1 car.
